Pearl Street Holdings is a veteran-owned independent sponsor focused on lower middle market acquisitions in precision manufacturing and industrial services.
We are not a traditional private equity fund. We are operators who buy businesses, run them well, and build them into something worth keeping.
We source and structure acquisitions of lower middle market manufacturing and industrial businesses — typically $3M–$20M in revenue — where operational improvement drives value creation.
Our principal brings 20+ years of hands-on manufacturing leadership — lean transformation, workforce development, and systems implementation — to every platform company.
We identify bolt-on targets and pursue strategic add-ons within our platform thesis, building defensible, multi-site businesses positioned for long-term value and eventual exit.
Pearl Street Holdings' Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business eligibility provides access to set-aside contracting and defense-adjacent positioning that traditional acquirers cannot match.
Our platform thesis targets businesses where operational discipline, certification stack, and strategic positioning create durable competitive advantage.
The lower middle market remains chronically underserved by traditional private equity. Owner-operators in precision machining, metal fabrication, and industrial services are retiring without succession plans — businesses with real cash flows, skilled workforces, and loyal customer bases that simply need capable hands.
Pearl Street Holdings exists to step into that gap. We bring operating credibility that financial buyers cannot offer, and we structure transactions that work for the seller, the employees, and the community the business anchors.
Our SDVOSB designation creates a differentiated exit path — commercial acquisition multiples versus defense-focused exit multiples — that compounds the return profile for investors and co-sponsors.
